   Google Account Information: As shown in the consent screen, Emoji Central requests access to your Google Account to enable the Add-on's functionality. Specifically, this includes the permission to:

   • View and manage your forms in Google Drive: This permission is necessary for the Add-on to access and interact with the Google Forms you are currently working on, allowing you to insert emojis.
   • Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications: This permission is required to display the emoji selection interface and search functionality within the Google Forms editor sidebar.

   Usage Data: We may collect anonymous information about how you use the Add-on, such as the features you use and the frequency of use. This data helps us understand how users interact with Emoji Central and improve its functionality. This data does not identify you personally.

   Content Data (Limited Access): To insert an emoji into your Google Form, the Add-on temporarily accesses the specific form you have open. However, we do not store or permanently retain the content of your Google Forms on our servers. The Add-on processes the form content only to facilitate the insertion of the selected emoji at your chosen location.

2. How We Use Your Information

   We may use the information we collect for the following purposes:

   To Provide and Maintain the Add-on: To enable the core functionality of Emoji Central, allowing you to browse, search, and insert emojis into your Google Forms.

   To Improve the Add-on: To analyze anonymous usage patterns and identify areas for improvement, such as the user interface, search functionality, and emoji selection.

   To Provide Support: To respond to your inquiries and provide technical assistance related to the Add-on.

3. How We Share Your Information

   We do not permanently store any personally identifiable information or the content of your Google Forms on our servers. Anonymous usage data may be retained for analytical purposes to improve the Add-on.

6. Your Rights

   As we do not store your personal information, direct access, correction, or deletion requests for personal data are generally not applicable. However, you can uninstall the Emoji Central Add-on at any time, which will revoke its access to your Google Account and Google Forms. To manage the permissions granted to Emoji Central, you can visit your Google Account Security settings.
